I would like to thank the staff of the Technoclinic for their high-quality and fast service. I always come here to refill the printer cartridge. And the other day there was a problem with the laptop. I started to warm up and slow down terribly. Specialist Mikhail quickly diagnosed the fan malfunction, repaired it, and literally a few hours later we had the laptop. I recommend this organization if you need to repair computer equipment.

On the plus side, there are intelligent specialists who find the cause of the malfunction and fix it. On the downside, there are also crooked specialists. I had no luck with this company. I gave the Philips 27 monitor for repair. The cause of the malfunction was found, the processor was not working properly. Such processors are no longer available. The monitor sometimes started up and worked for a short time. They decided that I would look for a board with such a processor myself and then either replace it myself, or they will replace it. The monitor was taken away. As it turned out later, it had a cracked matrix, which was intact when the monitor was put into repair. If they had warned me that the matrix was broken, at least I didn't spend money on buying another serviceable board (89 rubles). After purchasing and installing the board, it turned out that the monitor remains to be discarded. They don't want to admit their mistake. I will never contact them.... A month later they wrote a reply, I just saw it now. The facts are distorted in the response. The manager told me then that the monitor turned on and worked if you heated up the processor with a hair dryer, if the matrix was cracked, they would see it and would inform me. After that, I asked for information about which board is installed in this monitor. They then instructed a recently employed employee to open the monitor and read the name of the board, who broke the matrix. They write their phone conversations, if they want, they can check for themselves.

I wore a laptop in several repairs in Gomel, they could not determine the exact diagnosis of the breakdown, the answer is always vague. + promised a long repair, because there are no spare parts in the Republic of Belarus. I brought it to the technoclinic, they promised to do it within a week, they did it in 2 days, they have been working for months, no bickering. Immediately a clear and distinct verdict, after diagnosis, the price tag was not beaten just like that, in fact: here is the cost of the spare part, here is the work of the master. + with any manipulations with the laptop, reinstalling the system is as mandatory as possible, I do not understand the reviews below with indignation about this.. Thanks a lot to my best master Daniel and a very helpful girl at the reception Victoria. You are the best!!!! Thank you for the level and professionalism!
