The Indesit washing machine broke down, the electronic module flew. I didn't contact anyone, they only offered to replace the module, which turned out to be expensive... The guys from the Technobitservice immediately said they would repair it. I brought them a washing machine and two days later they were delighted, everything is ready. The price turned out to be a third of the cost of replacing the module. Thank them for high-quality and inexpensive repairs!

I called and the washing machine was repaired on the same day. We immediately identified what was broken and brought the spare parts with us. I'm glad that I turned to them.

Headline: Extremely dissatisfied with the service! Review text: I want to share my negative experience of interacting with your company. I applied for the service, and, unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. Firstly, the quality of the service provided does not meet the stated standards. Secondly, and this is perhaps the most unpleasant — the rude and disrespectful attitude of the staff. The owner behaved inappropriately:"he answered sharply and with irritation," "refused to make contact," "allowed himself to make incorrect statements," etc. Such an attitude towards clients is unacceptable. I expected a professional approach and courtesy, but I got the opposite. Bottom line: I don't recommend this company. There are many other service providers that value their customers and treat them with respect. Rating: ★★☆☆ (1 out of 5)
