Many thanks for the prompt repair! The door closer is broken. The metal door rattled so that the windows shook. After completing the application, the masters arrived within an hour. Fixed it. Thanks!

It says on the website that it no longer works!? We pay for the intercom on a monthly basis. Suddenly the keys stopped working . People ran to a workshop near the house, made new keys, but they don't work again. The master came and said that only the keys ordered from their company would work ! Is this a way to make money? Why did the keys work before, but now everything is broken abruptly? Where can I find the truth?

The door closer breaks regularly. The company does not respond to calls. Everyone was already calling from the entrance in turn. They have already adapted to this. Close the door manually? Not a problem. But the second week we are already playing roulette: with what attempt will you get out of the entrance. The button does not work.

In the cold, the door closer began to work poorly - it does not bring the door to the end and it does not close with magnets. The gap is 2 centimeters. The door is not lined with snow. Apparently, either the oil freezes, or it is not twisted for the winter period. Because at zero and above, the doors close. It was the same last year. But then the frosts did not last long. I called the dispatcher in Orsha. The lady with a dissatisfied voice said that the frosts would soon end and the door would begin to close. This is the "maintenance". It is in quotation marks. I accepted the application very reluctantly, but something tells me that no one will do anything. By the way, a few years ago we had to buy and install a door closer ourselves, since the "company" replaced the faulty door closer according to requests. What are we paying money for?!

In Orsha, there is not an inadequate despetcher.One rudeness, screams.The masters have arrived.In the apartment, they touched the intercom-they said that the wires were leaving and left immediately.What about the wires?Should I do?They didn't touch the door at the entrance, they knock so that you can hear it on the 5th floor.They said it's not our job!we file all the entrances to the court of the Company gang / watering can.how can I terminate the contract with you?

Очень плохое качество обслуживания оршанского диспетчера, грубила, хамское отношение. Переходила на личности. Не хотела брать заявку на вызов мастера.

Эта фирма рога и копыта!. Сломалась тяга доводчика на их двери-домофон ( вход в подъезд) в пятиэтажном доме в Витебске. Приехал мастер, снял в ремонт. В итоге прошел месяц ни тяги, ни мастера. Все звонки в диспетчерскую не дали результата. Тяга в двери-это самый простейший элемент в ремонте. Диспетчер, как робот дает одни и теже заученные ответы,мол, все сделают. Советую писать на эту шаражкину контору жалобы, либо подавать в суд. Директор гребет деньги по договорам и никакого нормального обслуживания, по всей видимости текучка в конторе большая, набирают на работу мастеров , то ли они зэки, то ли челы, которые не могут открутить два болта. А те, кто пишут положительное отзывы либо боты, либо наивные люди.

Спасибо. На вызов отреагировали оперативно, к ремонту трубки домофона претензий нет

Динозавры вымерли, а домофоны этой конторы выжили, старое оборудование которое не обслуживают .

У нас в подъезде установлен домофон, обслуживаем данной организацией. Сразу как-то я лично писала и добивалась его ремонт, так как за моей семьёй нет задолженности по оплате. А потом... Сначала магнит домофона работал "под настроение"-хочу держу, а хочу и не буду держать. Ко всему, соседи:один идёт и аккуратно закроет и доводчик цел, а другой и ногой может чуть ли не выбивать...
