I never thought that buying an electric bike in an ordinary-looking store could cause so many negative emotions. We are talking about the "TECHNICIANS" store in the city of Bereza. That's the story. We looked at several models of an electric bike for my mother. Mom came from another area for 2 days to decide in person. I liked 2 models. One model wasn't available in the store, so we decided to look at another store. 06/25/2026 Fate brought us together with the shop of "TECHNICIANS". We didn't know yet that we would regret contacting this particular store. The sales consultant of this store said that this model will definitely be available tomorrow (Friday 26.06.2026). We said that we needed to know for sure, because Mom needed to leave for certain reasons. On Friday, I called periodically, waiting for the delivery. At the end of the working day, the seller said that the delivery had been postponed to tomorrow, but there would definitely be an electric bike of our model on Saturday. We decided to wait with our family. And the seller promised to call us and assemble an electric bike of our model in the first place. The next day we drove up to the store. They said delivery is expected before 12:20 And they will assemble our model first. We didn't get the promised calls. I called on my own at 3:00 p.m., the seller said with a grin that they had not assembled our model, they had mixed it up. They will be assembling now and everything will be ready by about 18:00 p.m. I asked if everything would be ready for sure. The answer was yes. By 18:00 we arrived at the store. The seller said to wait 20 minutes and you can watch our electric bike. Then, as it turned out, no one collected an electric bike. It wasn't even available. The seller, instead of apologizing for his irresponsibility, began to say that we had not called, that he did not know this number (although this is the number of the store where we have been in constant contact with him these days), that he had not promised us anything, and he was seeing us for the first time. It was as if the man had suddenly lost his memory. He behaved inappropriately, rudely and unattractively towards us, emphasizing that he was the owner of the store. I was very surprised by what I heard. How can such an irresponsible, ill-mannered and incompetent person manage something in his field? I definitely do not recommend this store in the person of such a manager. Disgusting attitude towards people!
