I arrived at the service with a jammed wheel, sat in line for 3 hours, the car was inspected, they said there were no spare parts available, we will call four days later, no one called, I ordered the spare parts myself, assembled them, brought them to the service, the car was in their parking lot. They said you can't come to us with your spare parts. The question is how long to wait for your spare parts, they said we don't know, I asked what I should do. My wheel is jammed, they wanted to change the locksmith, but they said we need to check with the manager. The chief manager replied on 09/29/2025 that this is not his problem, he explained the following: in our company, we do not make repairs with our spare parts, go to another service, they sent me to look for another service with a jammed wheel because I didn't want to wait for their spare parts for two weeks, which they never found. I think the name of the service in this company is superfluous, it's better to call it car repair service, it's not about them, despite the fact that there is everything for it.
