An ordinary place, but with sooo delicious drinks! One of the favorite places in Minsk to taste delicious tea. Especially if you don't really understand it yourself and you don't know what you want, then the staff will help (I'm not just writing like that). I really love bubble tea, especially at other Tea Milk outlets — the drinks and desserts are always great there. Unfortunately, at this particular point, the impression is quite different. The mochi here is often dense, with a crust inside, the filling is not as airy as it should be, and the proportions are sometimes unfortunate. It turns out that desserts are prepared somehow formally, without the attention to detail that other branches have. Drinks here are also not always pleasant — sometimes too much jam or sticky filler. Overall, the quality leaves much to be desired. Employees usually look tired and rarely smile, which adds to the feeling of underperformance. It may be related to management or working conditions, but it's hard to say for sure. I didn't want to write a review, as I respect other Tea Milk points, but I saw the latest reviews about this point and decided to share it to draw attention to the problems that are recurring.
