An absolutely incompetent administrator! Disgusting attitude towards clients!!! I signed up for a nail correction on December 29th a month in advance, as everyone has a large customer flow on the eve of the new year. On the appointed day, she arrived at 10:00, putting aside all her work, which is very, very much at the end of the year. After sitting there for about 10 minutes, I waited for a call from the administrator, who was not at the workplace. She informed me that my master is in the hospital! No message in advance, no replacement of the master, I just wasted my time! Although in a month it was quite possible to enroll in another salon with responsible specialists! The result is a new year without a manicure with overgrown gel nails and loose rhinestones!!!(((((((((
