A wonderful bank. In 1 day, we made a Visa card for a citizen of the Russian Federation only with a foreign passport. In the morning, we made an application and filled out a questionnaire, and the next day at 12:30 the card was ready. Everything in English is true, but friendly, they helped and explained everything. Fast, convenient, and polite. But you need a bank card for the exchange, so if you need a specific currency exchange, don't go here.
