I've seen a lot of bad reviews before and I was even hesitant to go to this department or not. I came to open a card for a new sole proprietor, issued today. To begin with, they opened an individual's card for me. It took only 17 minutes. The original card will be delivered tomorrow and I will pick it up. According to the IP, they said that the fact of its opening has not been uploaded to the system yet. It's only been a couple of hours since the text message from the tax office arrived. I think we'll figure it out tomorrow, too. The employee was very pleasant in communication and did everything as quickly as possible. I'll give you 5 points.

For a regular currency exchange, you need to present an identity card, fill out some papers, and sign. When contacting the next time (literally in a week), they ask for the same thing. They refuse currency exchange to non-Georgian citizens (a branch in a Goodwill supermarket)-this is actually the first time I've seen this in my life((( The staff is not trained, they do everything for a very long time, they consult with each other to carry out a simple operation. They are non-client-oriented from the word "absolutely". I do not recommend it!

We were at a bank in Digomi district, Tbilisi. On 11/28/2025 , the documents for issuing a regular debit card were brought to the office .As a result, they took 50 GEL, a whole package of documents translated, notarized and translated into Georgian, and then tormented us for 3 months.As a result , we were in the office 5 times - the result was refused for some reason . Terrible bank , zero service , we are just shocked .Apparently, an unspoken discriminatory policy is being conducted against Russians here.I do not recommend this bank, for the first time in my life I have encountered such zero service.Question: why did you take GEL 50 from us?
