On 11/28/2025 , the documents for issuing a regular debit card were brought to the office .As a result, they took 50 GEL, a whole package of documents translated, notarized and translated into Georgian, and then tormented us for 3 months.As a result , we were in the office 5 times - the result was refused for some reason . Terrible bank , zero service , we are just shocked .Apparently, an unspoken discriminatory policy is being conducted against Russians here.I do not recommend this bank, for the first time in my life I have encountered such zero service.Question: why did you take GEL 50 from us?

They refuse currency exchange to non-Georgian citizens (a branch in a Goodwill supermarket)-this is actually the first time I've seen this in my life((( The staff is not trained, they do everything for a very long time, they consult with each other to carry out a simple operation. I was refused to open a card at this bank. The staff didn't really want to communicate in Russian, but I managed to speak my broken English normally. Also, in May 2022, when considering an application, you will need to pay GEL 50, fill out a cloud of papers by hand about what and how the card is for you. I put a deuce not for the fact that the card was refused, but for keeping us 2-2.5 hours (literally) by withdrawing money from the Golden Crown. At first they said that it was possible to withdraw, it took 30-60 minutes to register at their bank, then they said we were waiting for confirmation for 60 minutes and then they said that the Golden Crown does not allow any currency to be withdrawn from their bank. Moreover, I read reviews that this is really the case, but at first, when I asked, they said no problem and in dollars. When our specialist asked a neighboring colleague, she told her that it had been impossible to withdraw in dollars for a week and laughed. The competencies are right on the level. In short, I didn't get lucky with this bank, I won't go there anymore.
