It is a pity that this branch was closed. Convenient location, beautiful building and courteous staff. I remember one of the first buildings of this bank. The waiting time is average, after all, the branch is one of the main ones, there are a lot of people, but the guys tried anyway and did everything in time.

The amounts don't add up, the calculations aren't explained, and it's almost always downward for the client. Previously, we had to figure it out and even receive "compensation", but the situation repeats itself again. There is a feeling that the system either does not work correctly, or is intentionally designed like this. As a result, constant litigation and a waste of time. I recommend that you carefully check the charges if you decide to use them.
