The most terrible TBC department that I have met in Batumi. A sharply negative attitude towards Russians. They don't know Russian right away (although I just spoke it with a Georgian client). There is zero willingness to help. They will wait 15-20 minutes, and then they have a technical breakdown, which they definitely won't solve today. Just an excuse not to do my job. A job that I pay them money for. Both for service at TBS Bank and taxes in Georgia as a citizen with a residence permit. Disgustingly simple. In general, there is no desire to visit this department on any issue. The only sad thing is that the management doesn't care and my claim won't be considered in any way. At least Russian-speaking people won't waste their time here, no one will help and only waste your time. The hatred of Russians is particularly pronounced here.

My favorite bank. Very polite and competent girls at the reception, they will always prompt and direct you to the right specialist. Many specialists communicate in three languages, and probably everyone knows English.

I came to this bank to open a debit card. Lila, an employee, helped me with the design, a very pleasant, friendly girl. Russian Russian was the language she communicated with me, and I also filled out the application in Russian. Apart from my passport, no documents were required from me. After 5 days, I came to the bank to find out if an account had been opened for me, to which I received a positive response. On Monday, 13.02, I came for the first time, and took the card on 22.02 The bank itself looks nice inside, modern renovation, the staff are friendly and help with any question. Dogs also like to sleep in the bank, but this is a common thing in Batumi :)
