Nadezhda tried very hard to prompt and advise on the product as much as possible. I can't say the same about the shipment. We waited c10, and brought 17.45. I refused to help unload 1.5 tons of wood (for money), my husband and I unloaded in two.The driver is a terrible boor, who, urging us on, gave us 40 minutes to unload.Boards in general... 30% of the real marriage. With longitudinal cracks,the terrace board is full of knots, floorboards from 43 pcs. 6m -11 pieces are generally defective. In general, it feels like there is no saleable product in the warehouse to sell in this way. A wonderful product in this company is a ladder. Alexander is an excellent installer. Very high quality and professional. In general, I do not recommend buying building materials from this company. We have ordered boards many times and this is the first time we have encountered such quality and attitude. I had to order the necessary boards from another Stroika company before, the boards were delivered at a strictly specified time, they helped to unload at no extra charge, the quality is excellent, the boards are dry. And shipping is much cheaper.
