At the end, I asked the receptionist about the tea time, she said 30 minutes and it seemed like there was still time to collect, but not exactly, the receptionist was very caring and kind, but she was surprised when I said that the master said 20 minutes, so still clarify all the little things so as not to run around later. And I hope that not everyone drinks LEMONGRASS alone)))

A day after the spa program, I got a bunch of pimples on my back that itch. I haven't conducted any examinations here, of course, but one thing connects with the other involuntarily in my head. I will come back to you for rituals without a Jacuzzi, because I liked the atmosphere, the masters, the service. But to allow yourself to do this from the point of view of basic sanitary standards and hygiene, being a salon of this class and with such a price, it is unacceptable. And if you allow it, then the question arises, how well is washing robes and towels? Sorry. Tellingly, I did not photograph this game on purpose, but now I have opened the photos, zooming in which you can also see the degree of purity. Please pay attention to the time when the photo was taken. 11:16. The program started at 11, I went into the room at 11:05 and while I went to the shower and so on, I climbed into the Jacuzzi at 11:20. I mean, the dirt wasn't mine, unfortunately. 🥲

I was initially refused a refund, citing internal regulations. Later, I wrote on Instagram to clarify the reason for the refusal, because the service was not actually provided. In response, I was informed that they would "meet halfway" and issue a refund. The money was actually refunded to the card during my visit. At the moment, they have not been received yet, but I understand that a banking transaction may take several days — this is not critical, especially since I have a receipt, and if necessary, I can sort it out. However, the process itself was accompanied by the phrase that I was "the first such client in 6 years." I've visited this place many times before, and everything has always been at a high level. This time, the administrator's behavior left an unpleasant impression. Due to my upbringing, I did not enter into an argument, but I consider such a tone of communication to be incorrect. Unfortunately, this incident has ruined the overall impression. The result is 3 stars and probably the loss of a client.

However, on the 26th, the hammam was not ready for the appointed time (11 a.m.): all the surfaces were just icy. I had to look for the administrator Ekaterina and ask what and how, but no clear answer was given. As I understood it, the man turned on the hammam right before my arrival, so it turned out what happened. On October 19, on the contrary, all surfaces were warm and warmed up. There was a residue from the visit on October 26, the administrator did not even apologize. I give 3 stars because of the situation with the hammam. I also liked the foot ritual with Jae from October 26th more than the foot ritual with Mi-mi from the 19th. Mi-mi is in a hurry, but Jae is trying, doing everything carefully. Jae is the best for me in this place.

The logic of the institution is "Your certificate is so expired, we could not accept it at all, thank you for at least counting it that way." 15 rubles is not a lot of money, but the sediment remained. After such a situation, there is not much desire to return to an institution that is positioned as a premium. They give strange responses to the review. After spending money on a certificate here, the money turns into a pumpkin. It's not me who should learn respect, but the institution.
