Time has shown the true face of the company. When it was possible to resolve issues quickly, knowing that we were from another city, we stretched the resolution of issues for half a year, a year. The basic replacement of the stabilizer bar and steering tip was scheduled for 3 months. I went to another service and did it in 2 hours, but for my own money. The warranty from Tarlan may go sideways for you, for example, if you travel for half a year with a part that needs to be changed. The rail, which had been rattling since 2000km on the new car, was changed only to 12000km. The abs/esp unit could not be changed for a year, they gave dates when to arrive, called and told them to come, and then it turned out that there was no block. Apparently they put them in more need.

Проходил.Т.О на 60000 км,Jetour x 70 plus был обнаружен порваный пыльник внутрененго шруса с правой стороны,ранее этот пыльник менялся на 6000 км брак заводской, был заменен от автомобиля Renault Dastur и подобран менеджерами салона,я только оплатил,сказали когда придет оригинальный пыльник мы вам отдадим.Далее при прохождений Т.О на 10.000,20.000,30.000.40.000.50.000 не было обнаружен порваный пыльник,это приводит к то,что не смотрят за автомобилем во время прохождения Т.О.Делают ту работу которую надо сделать и все по регламенту и содрать денег,а дальше ваши проблемы.Теперь после повреждения пыльника шруса у меня появилась вибрация при разгоне авто от 0-40 км,я это сказал при прохождений Т.О, на что ответили у вас закончилась гарантия на ходовую часть,возникает вопрос они видили повреждение пыльника шруса и спецально тянули до того момента когда закончится гарантия на ходовую часть и еще вопрос пыльник шруса стоит не от Jetoura x70 plus,это не моя вина,что он порвался а,почему не захотели менять по гарантий внутрений шрус?Автомобиль обслуживался у менеджеров Волос Артём,(Мамот Сергей) могу ошибится с ф.и.о P.S Тот телефон который указывате вы здесь для связи с вами 87710890808 вы даже трубку не поднимаете,это уже о чем то говорит,вам здесь на клиента пофигу,а что говорить о вашем сервисе и о ваших менеджерах которые просто не смотрят и не работают с механиками и этим все пофиг на наши автомобили.
