The hostess met us, showed us everything, told us everything.We rented a standard room for 3 plus one child (4 years old without a place), there are 3 beds in the room, 2 stood side by side and one separately, there is enough space.Shower and toilet in the room.White bed linen, which has been changed 2 times in a week.The equipment includes air conditioning , TV (many channels ), refrigerator , kettle.Nearby cafes, shops opposite.The hotel is located on the first coastline, go directly to the sea.Everything is great!The hostess Inaida is a very nice, kind woman!The beach is clean, the sea is turquoise, there are sun beds and umbrellas.

I booked a room on the Island, and upon arrival there was a smell of sewage and dampness in the room. The room was cold, there was a strong wind and the windows were blowing. They asked for another room, but there was dampness and the smell of sewage, and there was no water, no light. We were asked to turn on the air conditioner, but there was no light. We would suffocate with the smell of sewage with the air conditioner on. We asked the other guests and they said that there was no light all the time. It's not even a hostel, it's a barrack with beds. We left, demanded a refund of the prepayment from the Island, but as it turned out, they have nothing to do with the funds paid. They told the island that they refused to move me in because there was allegedly some undocumented person with me, it's funny, they were in Abkhazia for the first time with a child. It's a pity that I didn't listen to the reviews written earlier.

We rented a family room, the four of us were perfectly accommodated, the room is spacious, there is a refrigerator and a kettle. The shared balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea, which we have been admiring all week. The hostess is a very nice person, went to meet us and checked us in earlier than the scheduled time without additional charges. I highly recommend it, we will come back again!
