I do not recommend this wedding salon, I have left very negative memories. When choosing a dress, the consultant offered only those dresses that were beneficial to the salon, to our comments with a friend about how we rate dresses, the salon consultant expressed dissatisfaction. 3 days before the celebration, the fitting of the dress cost 1/3 of the cost of the dress, I did not expect this, although the hostess of the salon did not even orient the cost and did not warn about it + the veil was to be redeemed (although the hostess said that the veil was included in the rental price of the dress) in the end, I gave before the wedding the cost of renting half of the dress very unpleasant impressions from this wedding salon. After the wedding celebration from my social media account.my wedding photos with my husband were posted on social media without my consent. It was very frustrating. After my comment about the photo, the owner of the salon, Tatiana, simply blocked me on the social network. I do not recommend this salon if you do not want to waste a lot of nerves.

Unfortunately, our visit to this salon left an extremely unpleasant impression, so much so that I would like to warn other brides and their girlfriends in advance. When we entered the salon, the first thing we heard was not a greeting, not an offer to help, but a demand to put on shoe covers and hang jackets at the entrance. It was a small thing, but the tone of the conversation was as if we were doing a favor, and we didn't come as clients to choose a dress for one of the most important events. This was the fourth salon, and we all — both the bride and the bridesmaids — had enough understanding of which styles were suitable, what we liked and what we didn't like. The bride calmly voiced her preferences, and we only gently commented after her. But after trying on three dresses, when we asked to show something different and advise on options, the consultant, who herself claimed 17 years of experience, suddenly began to express dissatisfaction. Instead of helping, we heard that: the bride has "too big a support group"; that we "put pressure on the bride" — although the bride clearly spoke first; that it is "too difficult to please" us, and that it is we who choose the dress, not the bride; that "it is impossible to please everyone", although in all previous cases In the salons, the opinion of all seven was the same, and not a single consultant saw us as a problem. When we finally managed to persuade the consultant to show us more options, we liked one dress, and instead of a professional reaction, we heard a sarcastic: "Well, did you like it?" Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to clients. A separate surprise was caused by the fact that when choosing a veil, the consultant... began to ask the bride which one she wanted. But if we ask for the help of a specialist, a person with 17 years of experience should be able to offer options, and not shift the choice to those who see the dress for the first time. As a result, instead of pleasant emotions, smiles and a pre-wedding mood, we left the salon with a feeling of irritation and absolute disappointment. We do not recommend this salon to anyone. If you want to preserve emotions, not spoil the bride's mood and get a really professional approach, it's better to pass by.
