It's about the administration. It seemed that this was her first day in such a position, a person with no experience. We booked 4 tables, but there were more guests than expected, (this is the standard story of Kazakh weddings) we were asked to add one table, which was refused. The admin kept repeating the same answer, we don't have to do that. It is not possible to reserve tables, add a 6k extra chair to each table. This is the first time I've met such inadequate admins who won't meet you. In any restaurant / cafe of that / uzatu, it does not matter, there is always a reserve of tables. They couldn't resolve this issue in any way and had to arrange the rest of the guests in a nearby cafe.
