Obviously, my wife and I were very satisfied with our 4-day stay, much above our expectations. Especially its proximity to the Marmaray exit, Istanbul is much quieter than traffic and people's reception at one time, warm PDAs, hot water, rooms with balconies on the ground floor that can be considered spacious, the comfort it offers with furniture that is not luxurious to the minimum needs at the cost it offers is above expectations. Great hotel near the airport. I lived for a couple of days in November 2024. Everything you need is in the room. It is quiet and at the same time there are a lot of shops, cafes and local railway nearby. As well as ferries to the Princes' Islands

We went a year ago for €25 and €35 per night. Very nice hotel, I liked it. There is a swimming pool. Large rooms with good furniture (not new furniture, but everything is in good condition). There are balconies on the lower floors too, below the road level with a lawn with flowers and bushes. They helped with the luggage, the hotel staff is very friendly. Right next to Kaynarca metro station. On the lower floors, you can hear the trains coming up a little, even, but not much. There is a good TV with youtube and good wi-fi. I recommend 100% for this money.
