It's not a service , but it's not clear what. We decided to talk to the director about the quality of the service. As soon as the director found out that we were not calling from Phoenix, he yelled that they were looking for phoenix, otherwise his money was being withdrawn and hung up. We arrived at the office ( it was appointed by the operator , the director does not want to communicate - it's a pity for money ) , as a result, fifteen minutes of waiting under a closed office. We got through to the operator and she said that the foreman would be here in about 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes of waiting and just left without waiting for anyone.
