Disgusting service, rude treatment of the dispatcher. We ordered a car, the driver arrived, turned around and drove away. A minute later, the dispatcher called, they told us that the driver had been standing for 15 minutes and left, which was a blatant lie. As a result, the dispatcher said that we were unreliable passengers and she would personally check, quote: "that we would not leave there." It's terrible, and the most disgusting thing is that no one can be punished for it. I strongly recommend not using their services.

We ordered 2 cars for one pick-up point and different endpoints, only one car arrived and began to choose who would be lucky where, the driver decided to take it as convenient for him, although the operator was initially warned about the need for 2 cars and as he (the operator) said, he sent the car only to one point (to which the driver eventually it was inconvenient to drive and he did not take people to it), after trying to talk to the driver, he said that it was not convenient for him and if we did not agree, he very rudely hinted that people going to the second point would wait for a new car for an indefinite amount of time))) The customer orientation of this taxi is clearly at the "highest level"
