My family and I waited for half an hour just to take an order, in the unbearable heat, there was no air conditioner or fan, no one came, only others were served, they approached them immediately, although we arrived much earlier, and the hall was half empty, so no one came to take an order. We spoke in Russian, maybe that's why? We have no other explanation.
