Terrible service! When placing an order, I receive an SMS that the manager will call me back, as a result, no one calls back, although I might like to order something else. I ordered a piece of knitwear on Wednesday, October 8, and waited a week for the parcel, but the order was only registered using the track number, but not sent. The messages were answered for a very long time, all the answers need to be pulled out with claws. As a result, they referred to Euromail and allegedly sent a request there. I already called Euromail myself and found out that neither the fabric nor the request had been sent. I've just been ignored all week! Catastrophically terrible service! With such an attitude towards regular customers, you will go bankrupt soon! But maybe that's what you want... It's a pity, but your fabrics are of excellent quality.. Why do you care so much about customers...

I bought a white satin skirt with a client, cut it out, tried it on, sewed the sides, began to iron, and there was a defect on the bend line, gray lines on both the front and back half of the skirt..I went to the store and showed it ---No one there has even changed with respect TO ME(((not to the great-grandfather who was able to check the fabric for quality before cutting it off!!!)))YOU SHOULD HAVE WATCHED!!!!!FOR EVERYONE'S EDIFICATION, BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FABRIC FROM THEM!!!And this is not the first time I bought a lining in a gray-blue cage, so I just threw it away when ironing, It was all imprinted on the ironing board!!!!!!As I understand it, if I buy a non-discounted product without a discount, it means ----I must be guaranteed the Quality of the product!!!!!
