One evening, it seems, on Friday, we decided to have dinner at your place without prior reservation and were pleasantly surprised that they found a table for us! The restaurant is huge, but there was a full landing! The hall is incredibly beautiful, the interior is simply luxurious! What can we say about the quality of food! I ordered my favorite ravioli, which just melted in my mouth, and if it hadn't been late enough, I would have repeated the order. Unfortunately, I have never been to a Cheese Factory in Moscow, and I hope that I will visit it often now! It is not surprising that Novikov's establishments are top not only in Moscow, but all over the world, where they are just appearing and competing with local popular establishments! As for me, I am absolutely delighted and my children are very happy! It's not even necessary to talk about maintenance.: it's on top, like everything else in the establishment. Many thanks to the whole team for the excellent organization of work so that every visitor would feel comfortable, delicious and leaving you with thoughts of returning to you as soon as possible!!!! The place seems like it should be pretentious, but the tent on the street is rustic, the tables are too crowded. The baby goat and sturgeon as main dishes were very good. However, the service was wildly slow (although it was Saturday). Bread and butter were served for 30 minutes, longer than the main dishes. For dessert, we couldn't eat pan-cotta and drink klefe: the waiter who was asked for it didn't place the order. 15 minutes after we asked for desserts, it turned out that no one had ordered anything. We left without dessert, as we were already in a hurry.

My wife wanted to have dinner at the Cheese Factory, and I wanted traditional Azerbaijani cuisine. Just in case, I told her, "There probably aren't any seats, everything is taken." The hostess nodded and I hurried my wife out, assuring her that we would have a great meal at my chosen restaurant and quickly began to describe barberry soup, assorted dolmas, Caspian beluga, pink sorbet and baklava. We were there twice during the trip. Both times, the service and the food are excellent. We will definitely try to come back. In general, we had time to try - burrata with tomatoes, camembert from the oven, gnocchi with duck, rustic borscht, ravioli with pumpkin and ricotta and eggplant caviar. Desserts include Cheesecake and chocolate San Sebastian. In order then: 1. Burrata is simply excellent, soft, tender, with tomatoes, and no seasonings are needed. 2. Camembert is excellent, but it was almost enough, purely subjectively, garlic. Baked from the oven with focaccia is difficult to spoil 3. Gnocchi are a failure in my humble opinion. The taste is flat, something with a stronger flavor was missing. Strachatella, duck, dough, everything is soft, gentle, but in the end flat. 4. Borscht is like borscht, there are no complaints about it, Borodinsky bread, onions, but the fat is a little harsh. As a pro in the field of lard, I wanted something as gentle as butter, but I got a sole. 5. Ravioli with pumpkin and ricotta are incredibly delicious. Very, very delicate taste, unlike gnocchi, no zest is needed here, soft ricotta and light sweetness of pumpkin solve everything. 6. Eggplant caviar with concasse of tomatoes and onions. Very tender, very fresh, very tasty, especially with hot focaccia. No complaints. 7. Cheesecake and San Sebastian for sweet tooth, good, no wow and no bad. What can I say, they keep the brand, after all, Novikov is still as good in Baku.

Good afternoon, friends. I visited the Cheese Factories of the esteemed A.A.Novikov in different cities… Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. Price-quality, matched. But here it's some kind of HORROR! The guys who went to local establishments have already understood what a local service is. But when you come to an institution with a name, you expect something else. The dishes were all brought at the same time. After the food was consumed, no one took away the dirty plates for 15 minutes. You're trying to consume a cold second course, and there's a dirty plate at hand. We wait 45 minutes for Shakshuka (it looks like the waiter put it on the 2nd course and forgot to take it off / or just didn't put it in the order). Suddenly our waiter disappeared. And 4 different people began to pass by the table with dishes and with the question : did you order this ? Your food? The place was half empty , there were more waiters than customers , and everyone was SOMEWHERE but not in the hall. A disaster! The food is delicious. But you may not wait for it. And don't order too much - the table won't be cleared for a long time. The price does not match the quality. (Here the price is also 1.5 times higher than in Russia) There is no limit to disappointment💔

The worst impression of the restaurant in recent times. I decided to visit this "Cheese Factory" because I really love Arkady Novikov's restaurants in Moscow. But this place is a complete disappointment and absolutely does not correspond to the level of the network. From the very entrance, I faced demonstrative disregard. Despite the half-empty hall and two waiters on the veranda, no one greeted me, offered me a table, or even brought me a menu. I had to find a place myself and open the menu using the QR code. A couple of minutes later, another couple came in, and both waiters instantly switched to them: smiles, attention, service. Apparently, the attitude towards guests here does not depend on respect for the client, but on appearance and status. When I asked for the menu myself, the waiter got distracted again and forgot about my table. And then, with a grin, he announced that the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes. Why it couldn't be said right away at the entrance is an open question. After that, I tried to talk to the administrator or the manager. The man in the jacket did not even introduce himself, apologized formally and without interest in the situation. Later it turned out that the kitchen was still open for another 30 minutes - that is, the information from the staff was contradictory. The order arrived quickly, but the rigatoni was completely overcooked. It was impossible to eat it, she asked to redo it. After that, no one approached me for more than 20 minutes. Hygiene is a separate issue. The kitchen is open, and kitchen assistants lick their hands while working. To see such a thing in a restaurant of this level is simply shocking. I also noticed that it wasn't just me who had this attitude: an elderly couple of tourists couldn't wait for the menu for a long time either, until they made a comment themselves. I left a complaint, but no one contacted me. Apparently, no one is interested in reputation and guests here. If you want to spoil your evening, face rudeness, indifference and unsanitary conditions — you are here. Otherwise, I recommend choosing another location.
