We stayed at this hotel in early June 2025, in a quadruple room on the 4th floor. The room consists of two rooms, there is not much space, but there is enough for relaxing by the sea, each room has a bathroom with a shower, minus the fact that there was no hot water in the washbasins (this was only in our room - the mixer only turned to one side for cold water), and another minus is that there is no partition in the bathroom. in the shower, water is pouring everywhere, then you can't go to the toilet, everything is in the water. After cleaning the room, we cleaned once and changed towels twice during the 10 days of our stay. There was one large shared balcony, they asked for chairs and a table, and they put everything up. It would have been fine, BUT as it turned out later, it's inconvenient when there's only one balcony per floor, and the rest of the hotel's residents come to it, we were lucky that we were on the floor almost all the days, people have been checking in for the last two days, and we realized that it wasn't very good, because we were the only ones who had a room to this balcony... There was a pool, which saved them in bad weather - the children swam anyway, but there was no heating in it, they always swam in cold water, the adults never came in, only when the weather was good. And the most important thing is that there was a buffet breakfast on the tour, but they were as far away from the buffet as the moon. There was a poor choice for breakfast - cucumbers and tomatoes were always there, cheese (salty, but it's like that everywhere), butter (like margarine), a loaf, tea, instant coffee - it always was, and then on different days - pasta, or rice porridge, oatmeal, or boiled eggs, boiled sausage, there were dumplings sometimes, khachapuri once, buns a couple of times, biscuits three times, sausages once and fried eggs once, and even then because they asked for it the day before. but on the last day it just killed us - they made pancakes, when we arrived they had already sorted out a lot, they asked if there would be more, the cook (she is the mother of the hostess's husband, we understood that) Nata said they were roasting...and then she added that everyone has two pancakes (fritters)!!! So much for the buffet! We were also offered lunches, there was no menu, she could just tell us what would be for lunch and asked if you would be there or not. We took lunches more often (it still came out cheaper than eating in a cafe). The lunch cost was $5 per person. Well, what can I say - then you eat enough, then there's nothing to eat, you don't have to... Another disadvantage is that I didn't like the fact that you see the owners very often, then they have repairs, then children, friends of the owners go everywhere there, swim in the pool. I'd like to feel like a guest, because you're there for the money, and not just come to sit and swim, like thank you for letting me. In general, it's not bad, but there are nuances))) I wrote a real review because it helps a lot when choosing a hotel. Of course, a big plus for us was that there was a room with two rooms (because there are two adults and two children), which is rare in hotels, and of course there is a swimming pool, which is also important when there are children!!!

In June, we accidentally met the hostess of this hotel in the evening, she showed us the rooms, we liked it. The price was pleasantly surprised (50 GEL), we agreed with the hostess about breakfast (300 rubles), we lived for 9 days. The sea is within walking distance, 250-300 meters, the beach is clean, but not very much in the coastal area, the locals themselves litter. We highly recommend it... We hope to visit again!!!
