I visited the store several times to select furniture. I really liked the range, it's close to a minimalistic design, which suits me personally. I was very pleased with the customer orientation. The administrator is Antonina separately. I would like to express my deep gratitude to her for her excellent advice, high-quality information, and careful and respectful attitude to the needs of the client. I also watched her behavior towards other customers, you can't find such employees now, mostly with a sullen look, Antonina always has a smile, friendliness and benevolence on her face. I quickly resolved the delivery issue when difficulties arose, and all issues were resolved from point A to point B. Thanks! I recommend the management to give bonuses.

A double impression, or in short, there is a lot to strive for. The range is quite extensive, almost ikea only a hundred times smaller). The prices are reasonable, not like in IKEA, of course, but also not like in some other copycat stores. Staff, that's what you should pay attention to - customer orientation is clearly lame. The girl at the checkout at the entrance didn't even say hello, she's sitting with her face buried in her computer. A man in his 50s walks around the hall, carrying goods from place to place, not really delving into the customer's choice, maybe he's a loader), and some very sad young man at the checkout. It's not that I really need this customer orientation, but on the whole, I get the impression of a very negative attitude towards the client. Four stars in advance)
