"I contacted the store for advice by phone, and, frankly, I was disappointed. The employee answered with obvious reluctance, there was irritation in his voice, as if my request was a huge burden. Instead of helping me figure out the question, I was given a short, detached answer in the style of "leave me alone." After such an attitude, any desire to contact here again disappears.
