There was one table in the hall, the guys were sitting relaxing, we made a takeaway order, 3 types of roll, the wait was 20-25, they said, it took more than 30 minutes, I decided to find out, to which the girl replied, "I told you 30 minutes, the order is still being prepared," to which I argued that the time was initially It's different, but even 30 minutes have already passed. The girl went to find out, returned, and reported that the order had not even begun to be prepared, allegedly the receipt had not come out, although the girl had previously assured that the order was being prepared, despite the fact that she had repeatedly gone to the kitchen, and then it was not ready, and the receipt did not come out in the kitchen. Then she said it would be ready in 15 minutes, everything would be fast, we agreed. Interestingly, it turns out, initially half an hour, and then in 15 minutes it will be ready)) The order was taken away, the rolls looked like they were for "pigs", I've never seen anything worse. In the photo, I attach a "kind of tempera" and baked rolls that look like some kind of hat fell on them, and they were made on the dump. I would like to point out that Philadelphia comes with caviar, which is not indicated on the menu, I am allergic to red caviar, we were not warned in advance. It tasted even worse than it looked, the worst place.
