I ordered a set of sushi for 46 rubles. There was a roll with a crab stick inside, but the stick itself turned out to be unpeeled — there was cellophane on it. I called the restaurant to solve the problem without conflict. The administrator promised to refund the cost of the entire set. After a while, only 14 rubles arrived. I called back and they said they had refunded the money only for the "part in cellophane." Troubles happen, and I understand that mistakes are possible. But when the institution does not try to solve the problem and does not comply with the agreement, there is a bad aftertaste from both the order and the service. Therefore, I do not recommend this institution.

These are the BEST sushi that I have tried (and there is something to compare it with - sushi in Baranovichi, Minsk). The fish is the most tender, there is a lot of it, in general, there is a lot of filling. The rice is soft and fresh. The taste is balanced. Special thanks for the scallops🫠😍 we made a pre-order for Valentine's Day, they arrived on time (even earlier, by agreement)

I want to share my negative experience. On February 13, I made a pre-order at Sushi Art (Baranovichi) for February 14 at 18:30. The order was not delivered at the appointed time, and no one warned us about the delay. It was only half an hour later that we started calling ourselves, to which we were told that we had to wait another 30 minutes. After this time, we were informed again that the delivery time was unknown. As a result, the order in the amount of 89 rubles had to be canceled, as we could not wait indefinitely. We are very disappointed with such an attitude towards customers and ruined the festive evening. The quality of service is simply terrible. I do not recommend it if you value your time and nerves!!
