I waited 2.5 hours for my order. The estimated wait time was already extended to 1 hour instead of the usual 25 minutes. Now I’m running late and can’t cancel the order without a fee. I’m forced to wait 2.5 hours for one serving of noodles with vegetables. This is unacceptable. No apology, no compensation — this says a lot about the company and how little it cares about its customers. I waited 2.5 hours for the order.
