On Wednesday evening, the store clerk calls me and informs me that the installer Yuri will come on THURSDAY at 8:00. Day x comes, at 8 a.m. no one came, at 9 too, I waited until 11 and called Yuri, he said he didn't even know he was supposed to come and promised to call back (he didn't pick up the phone anymore) I called the manager Ruslan, he yelled at me, said that this was a human factor, that he did not come and did not even warn him, saying that he should break off another order and come to us? And I have a question - what other options can there be if we agreed on Thursday? Manager Ruslan was rude to me and hung up on me when I told him to return the prepayment. The next day, no one answered the phone again, and to this day, no one has arrived.

The desk is so-so, if you want to wait a long time and be poorly serviced, go here...the choice of doors is good, but the quality of service and timing are 0 out of 10...
