Very poor customer service and a lot of defective products. I have experienced zero support and zero willingness to take responsibility or to compensate for the defective products

I was promised to get my delivery withing 3-4 days. When I sent the emails asking for my delivery they wrote me back it is 7-8 working days. Impossible to get any information by phone. I came to the shop, the lady (Maria) answered she had no information and she will call me back next day. She never did. When I called her 2 days after she still did not have any information , I was pretty much insisting as it was almost 3 weeks. She simply hanged the phone. Crazy experience
