You need to start with the fact that the minibuses themselves are in a sad state (and this is putting it mildly) and the driver himself carries like potatoes, there is no luggage compartment, although it would seem that traveling for quite long distances with a suitcase between his legs does not sound like much fun. The advantage to this is the boorish attitude of the driver. The service is not fully completed, they were supposed to drop off at one point, but since "it's inconvenient for me to go there", I dropped them off at the outskirts of the city, from where I also had to look for how to get to the right place. If it were possible to set 0, I would have set it exactly.

NEVER USE IT! We disrupted the trip and left it at the bus stop. If you want to ruin your day, lose time and nerves— you are welcome here. I ordered a minibus Krichev-Minsk on 08/17/2025 a few days before. 1. My flight at 8:30 a.m. was canceled by text message 27 minutes before departure. 2. I urgently booked a seat on the next flight at 9:00. 3. At 8:43 a.m., the driver called me, asking if I would go and confirmed that he would pick me up, and asked me to wait, saying that he would be a little late. 4. After more than 20 minutes of waiting, at 9:07 a.m., the dispatcher calls and says that there is "no room" for me, because they messed up everything, the driver took passengers from the canceled flight at 8:30 a.m. Can't you agree among yourselves? Why does the driver say one thing and the dispatcher say another? Why should I waste my morning and end up with nothing, unable to leave for Minsk that day anymore? I am generally silent about the boorish attitude and the old, crumbling minibuses. They don't value customers, they just don't care about people. It's not the first time this has happened to my friends. Look for other carriers if you don't want to end up in the same situation.
