Nice hotel, super friendly staff. Stayed here for two days. It located near Republic square so you can enjoy singing fountains at the evening. There are breakfasts (5000amd I think), didn’t try it though. My room was close to reception and I hear loud voices up to midnight. Someone was talking, laughing and calling. Not big problem for me but consider it if you like absolute silence.

It's a great place. Near the Vernissage market and not far from Republic Square. I booked a hotel through the official website, the payment was in cash at the hotel. We sent you a detailed video of how to get there. The hotel itself is located on the 16th floor. The view is beautiful. The room is clean, the walls are painted in a pleasant Tiffany color. The room has everything you need: a refrigerator with a bar, appliances, a hairdryer, and slippers. And even a washing machine (but I didn't need it) And they didn't use the TV either. The Wi-Fi works great. I moved in in December 2025, it was cool, I had to turn on the air conditioner (outdoor), there was no difficulty to figure it out. The hotel itself is new, it opened not so long ago. The price is reasonable 4500-5000 thousand rubles per day, considering that this is the center. And there was also a room with a balcony. It is cheaper without a balcony. And it is more profitable to book through the official website than on booking. Nice guys work at the reception, they helped a lot. She even asked me to print out the boarding tickets, no problem. Of the cons: there is only one thing, the construction site, and you may be woken up in the morning))) but if you're an early riser, then it might not bother you. Of the 4 nights, only once was it quiet in the morning. Overall, I'm happy. They were allowed to leave a little later than the scheduled time, without additional charges, since the plane was at 4 o'clock. Beautiful view, as I wanted, the center is just around the corner.

The building is undergoing repairs on the lower floors, and sometimes you can hear a drill. But that's not the hotel's problem. The dust from the construction site on the street did not reach the 16th floor, we had breakfast on the balcony. Positive: - convenient location of the hotel, it is convenient to call a taxi, walking distance to the sights too - there is a Vernissage nearby - several cafes - beautiful view from the 16th floor - comfortable mattress - the room is ergonomic - delicious breakfasts, perfect amount of seasonings! The cook is the sweetest, she brings breakfast to the appointed time. - nice dark-haired receptionist Cons, I tried to be objective: - the room was ready later - at 15.30, there was a yellow spot on the sheet, they asked to replace it - the maid was not there, they changed it only the next day. Another day, when changing the linen, there was a pillowcase with yellow streaks. - 4* hotel - did not provide bottled water in the room every day, only one "welcome" bottle upon arrival - a non-customer-oriented employee at the reception, who reacted inadequately to a simple request to clean the room (they hung a sign), responded rudely and generally communicated inadequately. - she did not warn me that breakfast would not be brought to me by the appointed time (8.30). I called the reception myself at 8:35 and they told me that the cook was late. I didn't care about the guest and the situation. It was lucky that they met the management on the floor and reported the incident. Thank you for listening and solving the problem, taking action.
