we had a rest together with my husband in October 2025 (30.09 - 05.10), we were delighted with this place and the hospitable owners of the base. The houses are new, fresh, clean, and the scent of wood adds to the atmosphere. the view from the houses to the sea is a separate kind of art. imagine that at any time of the day you have the opportunity to admire the sea by simply opening the door of your house. and yet, you are alone on the beach. privacy, comfort, tranquility - it's all about sunrise milk. It is important to note: at the time of our stay, the infrastructure of the village is not developed. we chose the location based on the criteria that we rent a car and will be mobile. for everyday life: the cabins have everything you need for a comfortable stay. if you suddenly didn't find something, you didn't have enough, you just needed it - contact the owner and your problem will be solved. I corresponded on the whats app, and I always got an answer to my question. There is also a summer kitchen on site, shared access. fully equipped, we often had dinner here. to wash / iron things, also here. About the owner: a person creates a place. Rizvan is a responsive and friendly host who "burns" in his work and is interested in every guest.

This is a real paradise on the Black Sea coast. The houses are clean and cozy. The linen is new made of natural fabric, which makes sleeping more comfortable. If desired, you can cook in the spacious summer kitchen equipped with household appliances. This is very convenient, especially when traveling with children. I would also like to mention and thank the hospitable hosts of this place. They are always friendly and attentive to their guests. The sea is clear and very close, there are practically no people on the beach, and we were in August at the height of the season. It's a place you want to come back to again and again.

If you need a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you are definitely here. The hospitable hosts provide comfortable, cozy villas equipped with everything necessary, if something is missing, they provide it whenever possible. The territory is equipped with video surveillance cameras, we slept with the doors wide open and breathed in the fresh sea air, despite the fact that we traveled with children without the company of men.In the courtyard there is a summer kitchen, which has everything you need for cooking and eating, there is a barbecue, nets, skewers. The magnificent seashore is within walking distance, the entrance to the water is convenient, the coastline is wide and within a radius of 50 m.there are no neighbors, dolphins come, sometimes jet skis and boats come with an offer to ride on a banana or cheesecakes. The location is convenient for traveling around the republic by car (wherever you go, you haven't been on the road for long), but you can easily get to any place without a car. You won't regret coming.
