The hotel is excellent, clean, the service is good, BUT of course there is nothing to breakfast about, because you can make a breakfast set everywhere, which would include: scrambled eggs, sausage, for example, fresh salad, black/ green tea or coffee, and a glass of juice, and no one asks for portions for a giant)) but a reasonable full breakfast would be nice ☝️ The restaurant and the summer playground with the kitchen are just on top, the waiter service is 5+, dishes for every taste, the price is reasonable and adequate, the main thing is to always keep the brand👍 Good luck and prosperity to this complex and I hope you will take into account the offer)))

I really liked the hotel: small, cozy, modern. Nice girls at the reception, very clean and comfortable. The first time I was in Taldykorgan, I think I will stay here on subsequent business trips.

Disgusting attitude towards the guests. Absolute unwillingness to solve the problems that arise. Perfect audibility of what is happening in the neighboring rooms and the hallway. Some of the rooms do not correspond to the declared category: the absence of a window, or rather its complete clogging and pasting "blackout" is given out as an analogy to a room with a full-fledged window. At the same time, there is no interest in solving the problem, except: "you can vacate the room" or switch with someone. Definitely not recommended
