I do not recommend this hotel, the staff at the reception are hired by kinship and do not understand where they work, do not know the instructions, they evade the answers. They couldn't issue a key card for half an hour, cockroaches are very common in the rooms, while they were standing with their brothers at the reception, one girl complained about cockroaches and demanded emotionally the keys to a new apartment on the 3rd day. Even if you are successfully given a key, it will only work for a day and then you will have to suffer at this reception again. I ask the management to dismiss everyone who works at the reception and put employees there who know their instructions and how to communicate with people.
