Relaxing at Sunrise has become a real breath of fresh air, an opportunity to forget about the hustle and bustle of the city and fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere of peace. The sound of the surf, the cries of seagulls, the gentle sun – all this created a unique symphony that set you up for relaxation and serenity. I was especially pleased with the cleanliness and well-groomed territory. It is clear that the hosts take care of their guests and strive to create the most comfortable living conditions. The houses were cozy, and the availability of all necessary amenities, from a washing machine to a hair dryer, made it feel like home. Separately, I would like to note the proximity of the sea. 10 meters on foot – and you're already on the beach, enjoying the gorgeous sea and the gentle sun. The attentive attitude of the Emir's host and the prompt work of Ekaterina made our stay even more enjoyable. The Emir was always ready to help with any question, and Ekaterina answered all our questions quickly and clearly when booking. We will definitely come back here again to feel this atmosphere of calm and tranquility again.

We had a rest in September'25, we liked everything, the owner is honest. The area of the recreation center is large, there are many houses, there is a double bed and a sofa in the room, a small refrigerator, a wardrobe, a table, a hairdryer,towels, a shower cabin, air conditioning.There is a large shared kitchen on site, there is everything you need, an iron, a washing machine and even washing powder. The beach is a 1-minute walk away. Sun beds, umbrellas, shower.We booked before, but we couldn't arrive, the owner returned the deposit. We drove by at night, met, showed everything, settled in. The place is remote from the border, but I really liked it, it's quiet and peaceful. There is a playground for children. There are shops nearby. Sukhum Embankment. There are many kind stray dogs and cats walking near the base)) in general, we recommend

We had a rest from 06/20 to 06/28/2025 A great hotel right by the sea!!! The impressions are the best. The room is clean and spacious. All amenities, air conditioning, TV, etc. The staff is polite and friendly. There is a cafe near the recreation center where you can have a delicious and inexpensive meal. There are shops nearby that have everything you need. Special thanks for the guided tours, you can arrange for any day and at a convenient time. A comfortable car and a friendly guide, the Daut driver (thanks a lot to him) There is a Playground (swing, slide, trampoline) All the kids were there and they had a lot of fun. Thank you, Sunrise, for a wonderful stay
