We visited this hotel this year, after renovation! But first of all, we originally planned to go to the Sun Heaven Family, the tour operator offered us 5 and of course we counted on him, but for some reason we were deceived and settled here) Now the Queen has been raised to 4 and in my opinion a good hotel. Two hotels have the same owner, there is no territory in this hotel, but you can safely use the entire territory at 5, a pastry shop, bars, pools, burgers, tortillas, everything is at your disposal, which is a plus, you buy 4 stars, and you use 5) Queen is almost completely Polish , there are few Russians there , our flag doesn 't even hang. It 's almost not pleasant . As for the rooms, they are brand new and good, but you need to ask the girls to clean up , there are no problems with this, the staff is very nice and friendly, they took into account all our wishes when checking in) The breakfast in the dining room is not as varied, but lunch and dinner are very tasty! Fish, turkey, lamb, shrimp, chicken, chicken kebab, everything was very tasty. We were very pleased with the kitchen, the waiters cleared away the plates immediately, we gave them a dollar each, so they began to take care of us even more closely. But this hotel has a very important disadvantage! The sea! If you break your legs, you need to be prepared and stock up on special shoes!And the sea itself, Which shocked me, was dirty, although when there were two days left before departure , it was perfectly clean ! It's best to swim in the sea before lunch, after lunch, garbage, recycled plastic, it really spoiled ((( But our mood was lifted by the guide Alexandra! She's great, she chose a tour for us and even gave us a discount, we didn't take tours from Darina's fun sun guide because the price was twice as high! And when she saw us, we bought from. I would not call this a five-star hotel. It has an ultra all inclusive system, but the alcohol here is not of very good quality. The food is varied, but most of the same dishes are served every day, although sometimes they may vary slightly. New dishes are prepared from uneaten foods. You can eat ice cream every day on the beach and in the snack bar. Rooms are not cleaned every day, only when you ask for it, and even then it is not always done efficiently. The pools are not heated, the water in them is colder than in the sea. The beach is not particularly monitored. The animation in the hotel is average. There is a kids' club for children where they can play, draw and engage in other activities. But when I went in there, I saw that most of the kids were just watching cartoons. If you offer a child a choice between drawing and a cartoon, then, of course, he will choose a cartoon. You can also order a patterned T-shirt at the kids' club, which costs $15. Every evening, a mini-disco is held, where the same songs are played and the same phrases are spoken. After three days, this kind of entertainment starts to get boring. We also visited 6 people with children. They couldn't give us rooms that are on the same floor, but settled us on different floors. When asked to fix it, they were informed that they no longer have any seats.
