A wonderful hotel! Very nice and comfortable! On the day of arrival, the host met us at the reception and offered us a cup of coffee while our room was being prepared. We arrived ahead of check-in time, but we were checked in very quickly, almost immediately, we only had time to finish our coffee🤗 The interior of the hotel is amazing! In the reception hall, there is a large panel on the wall with views of Ichan-Kala and travelers on camels. Various national souvenirs are placed on the fireplace. There are upholstered sofas and armchairs in the center of the lobby, where you can relax before departure or leave your luggage for a while. In the dining area there are tables, chairs, a TV and a wall with tea accessories: tea, coffee, sugar, mugs, boiler. It is very pleasant to sit there and drink fragrant tea. A wooden staircase with a carpet leads to the second floor (almost a red carpet). The walls are decorated with paintings and decorative plates. Very beautiful carved ceiling! A huge royal chandelier! Going up to the second floor, I already felt like an oriental princess.🥰 The room is great! There is a TV, air conditioning, lockers, a large mirror, lamps on bedside tables. Everything is very nice and tastefully furnished. The linen and towels are clean. The bathroom has a hairdryer and cosmetics: soap, shower gel, shampoo. The beds are very comfortable, we slept comfortably!Breakfast is included in the room rate. The buffet is wonderful! Fried sausages and scrambled eggs, sandwiches with herbs and cheese, sliced cheese, sausage, tomatoes and cucumbers, toasted eggplant with vegetables, biscuits, butter, pancakes and sour cream, condensed milk, jam and jam. The breakfast is very tasty and satisfying! 😋 In addition, tea and coffee can be enjoyed at the reception at any time. The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful! To every question and request (coffee, iron, where to find, where to go, etc.), the Sultan responded immediately, told and showed everything. He knows Russian very well!And on the day of departure, we went for a walk, admired the beauty of Khiva and came to the hotel for our luggage, already noticeably late for the train, and the owner helped us out, he took us to the train station, and for free! Although the hotel is only 800 meters from the train station, it is quite possible to walk if time permits. The location of the hotel is also excellent! It is a 10-minute walk to Ichan-Kala, and a 15-minute walk to the palace of the historical Nurullaboy complex. And if you go in the other direction from the hotel, then after a 5-minute walk you will meet cafes, shops and an amusement park with fountains and delicious ice cream. Very nice place, I recommend it. It is located between the railway station and the old town, and can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. And how the owners take care of the guests, they will tell you everything, show you, and ask if everything is okay. I couldn't find where to change the money, and this issue was quickly resolved. I came hungry and tired, and they fed me pilaf. My room was clean and cozy.
