The hotel has the best location for tourist purposes: the close proximity to all the sights is combined with the location in a very quiet side street. The breakfasts are good, buffet style, plus you can drink tea or coffee with sweets and fruits twice a day. The cleanliness and quality of the cleaning are at a high level. There is one thing, however: part of the room stock has an extremely small area, you can protest and you will be relocated in a day or two, but if this is important to you, then the mood will be spoiled.

Very nice hotel, the girls at the reception are very friendly and attentive, For breakfast, there was a very tasty soup every day, lots of baked vegetables, omelets, many types of Cheeses, olives, salads, all different snacks. Desserts and pastries at a high level, Coffee machine, tea with lemon, juices, children's kitchen. Very polite staff in the restaurant hall. From 12:00 to 19:00 in the same restaurant you can enjoy tea, coffee and other drinks with various pastries. The rooms are compact and cozy, our room faced the Bosphorus embankment, and the view is very gorgeous. The location of the hotel itself is in a very convenient location: 3 minutes to the Bosphorus embankment in one direction, 7 minutes slowly in the other direction and we are located on the central Sultan square, where all the main attractions are located, near the Grand bazaar, Egyptian bazaar, Blue Mosque, metro stop. This square is the main place for tourists, there is no need to go anywhere specifically. All the hotel staff, service, and attention left very pleasant impressions.

We had a vacation with my husband in June 2026. The hotel has an ideal location, it is a 5-minute walk from Topkapi Palace, as well as nearby Hagia Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque and Sultanhamet Square, from where almost all excursions begin. Tram line T1 is also 7-10 min.walking distance, and the embankment, where you can leisurely stroll in the evenings. We had a Deluxe room with a view of the Bosphorus Strait, from where it was pleasant to watch the passing barges, dry cargo ships and boats. The room is small, but it has everything: a tea station with a constantly replenished assortment, water in small bottles, a refrigerator, two armchairs and a tea table, an ottoman, a wardrobe and, importantly, a safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom also had everything you needed, a hairdryer, a shower set, toothpaste and a brush. Towels were changed every day! Bed linen is provided every 3 days. Buffet breakfasts, hot dishes, a wide variety of cheeses, vegetables, fruits and, of course, delicious pastries. The only thing I didn't have enough milk porridge. What else I haven't seen in any hotel is free snacks, there were 2 of them, from 12.30-14.30 and from 17.00-19.00, where you could drink tea, coffee, lemonade, juice, there were pastries and fruits. I think it's a very nice bonus from the hotel! And, of course, how not to mention the receptionists, Omina and Morjon, they were very friendly and friendly, to our delight they spoke Russian, they always told us where to go and how to get to the historical location, where it would be better to buy sweets and souvenirs. Many thanks to them for this! In general, it felt like all the hotel staff were like a big family! My stay at the hotel left only positive impressions and I will recommend it to my family and friends. Prosperity to you!
