We made an order in the sulpak online store. They could not collect it at the pick-up point for three days. SMS about the readiness of the order was sent 3 times, but when we arrived, the consultants first made us wait, which lasted for an hour, and during the pandemic it was dangerous to stand in the mall in itself, then they sent us saying that the order was not ready. When we asked them to explain why, they referred to the online store, it seemed that these were diverse organizations. In the end, they were also rude.
