had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room service was quick, efficient, Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely love to stay here again. Nice hotel, with everything you need in it. Very clean. You can use their clothes iron and washing machine witch was very helpful. In the room there is a hair dryer . People who are working there are very nice. All praise 😊

Friendly staff, clean room, air conditioning, electric kettle,coffee cups, spoons, refrigerator,Wi-fi, TV. The towels are clean. Cold, hot water, shower. Near the bus station, grocery store. There is a parking lot for electric scooters nearby, if anyone needs to get to the center quickly! I recommend.

The rooms are dirty, the smell of tobacco is very strong, the laundry is washed, in pellets. There was no cleaning during the 4 days of the stay, the trash was taken out of the bucket by themselves. After 4 days of staying, we had to move to another city, and then return to this hotel for another 2 days. We have agreed with the host that the reservation will remain with us. When he returned, it turned out that he had resold our room (the advantage in the moment decides everything, apparently). We didn't hear any apologies or explanations.

We booked rooms for 10 people in this hostel through Booking. A few months before the summer trip. 5 days before departure, requests began to arrive to cancel the reserved rooms one by one. To say that we were shocked is an understatement!!! We asked for an explanation. We were told something was unclear. when we started asking clarifying questions, they came up with a legend: "Pipes in the walls, pipes burst, walls were demolished. We don't have bathrooms." They only want to write cheap movies, with such a fantasy.... We wrote: "Cancel it yourself then, if you want to cancel it." They didn't cancel. Since the money was supposed to be debited from you the day before the check-in, we had to cancel it ourselves anyway... I am attaching a screenshot of the correspondence. This is the first time I've encountered this...

We arrived at the hotel to check in on September 11 at 16 o'clock, on the advice of friends. It was necessary to leave on September 13 at 19 o'clock. Since the third day is not full, we asked the administrator to make a discount. I refused, I had to pay for a full day. They put us together in a quadruple room, due to the lack of a smaller one. The room is furnished with beds and a table 20-30 years old. In the bathroom, the shower is just a hose, there is no partition and even curtains, pipes are plastic, taps are also plastic, everything is somehow primitive. After bathing, the whole bathroom is in water. The room has a split, TV, kettle and tea mugs. On September 13, at 10 a.m., the administrator sent a cleaner (who absolutely does not speak or understand Russian) and on the phone asks me to move into a two-bed room, as I need to accommodate a family of 4 people. All right, I say. We pack our things with my wife and go to move in, but it turns out that this double room is occupied. The cleaner points with her hands to put things in some kind of laundry room. Naturally, we are outraged, I explained as best I could that in this case I refuse to move and stay in a quadruple room, where all my things were taken back. After a while, we closed the room and went for a walk in the city. Returning to the hotel after lunch, we are surprised to find out that our belongings have been moved to a double room, without our participation. We were shocked. The paid room, in the absence of tenants, the administration opened, independently moved our belongings. Complete chaos. They wanted to call the police, but there was no time to figure it out. This is such a hotel. In general, if you want to spoil your vacation, then they will do it here with great pleasure.
