He said that my hair is curly (although I've been with straight hair all my life) and I need to cut the cascade as curly, and if I want to straighten it, then do Brazilian straightening. I said I didn't want to, because I would lose volume. To which he grinned sarcastically and said, "do you really have one?". As a result, he waved scissors for 10 minutes, made a wet chicken on my head with "curls" stuck together from gel and asked for a lot of money for it. Before that, all the masters said what a gorgeous thick hair, that it was not necessary to spoil it with paints / curls, etc., but from this place it came out like a sartire. Not for anything else.
