The seller is rude. I ordered curtains, they told me to expect an order at the end of the week, no one answered the calls at the post office, I came to pick up the curtains personally, they explained to me in a rude tone that no one was going to take my curtains separately and the curtains would only be in the second half of next week. As if this is the absolute norm! To my surprise and the remark about the agreed deadlines, instead of an apology, I received an offer to refuse the order in a rude tone.

A wonderful huge selection of curtains. The staff is very pleasant. The tailoring is just fast. The quality is excellent. Respect for the girls.

I want to share my extremely negative experience of interacting with a curtain salon seller. My visit there the other day revealed a blatant disregard for consumer rights and the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The situation developed as follows: after confirming the readiness of my order for curtains and promising to pick them up on the same day, I arrived at the salon according to the agreement. To my disappointment, the salon was closed, and a sign about a technical break with a phone number was posted on the door. The lack of an exact time frame for the break already raised questions, but I decided to be patient and waited for about 20 minutes, unsuccessfully trying to contact the specified phone number. When the salon employee finally showed up, my legitimate demand to explain the reason for ignoring the call was met not just with indifference, but outright rudeness. The seller stated that she did not have to answer the phone, and allegedly I "could have passed by." Such a reaction not only does not comply with the basic norms of business communication, but also indicates a complete disregard for the concept of customer service. My demand to provide a book of comments and suggestions, as required by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus (the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection"), was categorically ignored. Moreover, the seller refused to introduce herself, which is a violation of the consumer's right to receive full information about the seller. Instead, I was insulted by derogatory epithets–"rude" and "nervous." Such behavior by the seller is absolutely unacceptable and undermines the credibility of a bona fide business. I am convinced that every seller must not only comply with the laws, but also show respect to their customers. In this case, we observe a complete absence of both principles. I intend to file an official complaint with the relevant supervisory authorities of the Republic of Belarus in order to bring the perpetrator to justice for violating consumer rights and trade legislation. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend anyone to contact this salon.
