I selected the doors and paid for the doors through the ERIP system on 12/20/2025 645.47 rubles + 1.00 per transaction. They said it was necessary to pay for the delivery and the crate and issued an invoice. I paid through the ERIP system 24.12 2025 100 rubles + 1.00 per transaction. I've been waiting for the door for several weeks. Messages on Viber were not answered. The store's phone was either unavailable or had not been picked up. He called on January 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 2026. I got through on January 16, and they told me that the doors hadn't been shipped yet. He asked me to provide information for tracking the shipment as soon as it was sent. And I also wrote in Viber. I did not receive any information in response. On January 19, the courier suddenly (without warning) allowed it and said that he had delivered the door. I was at work at the time. We agreed on January 22, 2026. On January 22, the door was delivered with torn packaging and damaged, but in crates. I didn't get through to the store again. Of course, he did not accept the door. The driver said that it was written in his documents that "the packaging does not match" To this day, I cannot get a refund or a similar replacement from the store. Either they don't answer, or they're sorry, or there's no boss and "they'll call you back."
