We liked the hotel, its location, everything is within walking distance, clean, cozy! The balcony offers an incredible view of the sea!!!!The staff is very friendly, very well received! Everything is there for convenience! I really liked everything! I definitely recommend it!!!!!!!!I'll come again more than once!!!!!!🥰🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

We had our first vacation in Abkhazia. Everything is fine. Very good location of the hotel, close to the sea and cafes. View from the balcony to the sea. The room is clean and has everything you need. The staff is helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend it

We had a rest with my husband at this hotel. I liked everything, the big plus is that there is a shared kitchen, the rooms are large, there are balconies, everything you need in the rooms. Thanks to the staff, we will definitely come back again.

Good location of the hotel, very close to the sea. The hotel is very green. The breakfasts were included, and quite tasty. The only point is to clean the rooms once every 3 days. But this is an insignificant disadvantage.

Everything is fine!!! Olga, the receptionist, was a wonderful woman, answered any questions, arrived at night and greeted her with a smile. The sea is 5-7 minutes away, there are shops and canteens nearby.

I would like to leave a review on accommodation in Strelets hotels. The only advantage is a green garden with tangerines and that's it. As they say, there is a 24-hour reception, but there is only a maid Olga from Ukraine, offended by the whole world. If you give her the money, then everything will be OK. If you don't, like me, you won't get anything. During the 12 days of stay, I have never cleaned, changed the bed linen and towels. They don't give you detergents. Here, I understand they save on everything, they don't want to invest, there's not even a number on the doors, but it's written in chalk in the corner on the jamb. There is no kettle, and there are no dishes. There is no wardrobe, there is a toy open rack (you can't call it anything else) and there are 3 hangers for three hanging at the bottom. There's no place to put things. It's too crowded to live with three people, and the rooms are small. They are designed for 2 people, because there is only one full-size bed. And this bed is terrible, the springs will come out soon. And I also really didn't like it when this gathering of the maid, neighbors and owners was going on, they were constantly behaving very noisily in the afternoon and evening, talking loudly, and children were yelling. It's not pleasant to walk past them, as they don't even greet each other, and the table is opposite the stairs. I don't recommend using the word at all. I wanted to leave from the first minute.

Pros: a fairly new building, close to the sea, a nice clean courtyard with tangerine trees. Cons: there is no cleaning in the rooms, if with food, then it will be an absolutely creepy place called Ogonyok (do not go there). A dining room has been built on the territory, but for some reason it does not work, there is no barbecue area, although I would really like to. It's very, very sad with the Internet, Wi-Fi is half dead and constantly disappearing.

In 2024, in September, we went on vacation to Abkhazia, namely to the village of Tsandripsh. Unfortunately, we were very upset about this hotel. And it's hard to call it a hotel. The room we were staying in was in a terrible state. There are cobwebs everywhere, there are no dishes and no table, the towels are washed to horror. The Ogonyok dining room is in the same condition. We went there for the first time, and immediately met an unpleasant smell. It is not possible to eat their food. The vacation is ruined. We lived for three days and left there.

We are resting in the Sagittarius guest house. Since September 19, 2024. From the first days we received a lot of negativity. Faced with the indifference of the administration . the TV does not work in the room, the air conditioner does not work, the plumbing does not work, the mattress smells of urine. They speak badly about food. The hotel is disgusting.

Disgusting attitude of the staff . Although during the whole vacation we saw only the maid Olga , who was offended , apparently , because they did not give us money . We arrived at 10 a.m., but check-in is at 2 p.m. She said give me 1000 rubles and I'll check you in now, no, it means you're sitting until 14:00 . The room was empty at the same time . But in the end , she settled with a fee and without money , and apparently she was offended by this . He does not greet and turns away ostentatiously . They didn 't give me a towel for 3 days , eventually I brought it and just left it in the hallway . We probably had to figure it out for ourselves or not. The room we were checked into is dirty . We walked in shoes , because otherwise it is not possible . No one gets away from the word at all . The towels are terribly dirty , very unpleasant . The rooms are very small. On the bed , the springs dig into the ribs so much that it 's terrible . There 's nowhere to put things . There is no closet . There are three hangers for three people . There are simply no dummies . There are no dishes . There are no soap accessories . No one has shown anything about the territory, where and what. Absolutely not hospitable . Every evening, apparently, the residents themselves and the owners ( not the hotel guests ) gather, talking very loudly and discussing the hotel guests. They insult me . We personally heard and made a remark , after that the man said , you say such things in Armenian . The relationship has never been worse . The opinion is not only ours, but also of other guests of this hotel . I don 't want to be here for a day. Thanks to the Abkhazians, we brightened up our vacation as much as we could . We would not advise anyone to live in Sagittarius . Move in where the owners are not Armenians and Abkhazians!!!!
