Taste and color, as they say. However, the shawarma (and we took the classics) is worth working on. The pita bread is hard and thick; the meat is delicious; the sauce (which is with curry) is interesting. The biggest disadvantage is ketchup, which completely interrupts everything ... Either put it in less, or replace this sourness, or don't put it at all, because as I wrote earlier, the curry sauce itself is very self-sufficient. There is no balance in this regard.

It's the worst shawarma we've ever tasted!!! They took cheesy ones, because there's nothing cheesy in it, maybe they added some kind of sauce, but why put so much ketchup that it's just impossible to eat. It turned out not shawarma, but lavash floating in ketchup. Perhaps someone calls such lavash juicy shawarma ((( they didn't even eat half of it. Too fancy 15p for pita bread with sour ketchup!
