Были в этом отеле в конце июня в корпусе "Орхидея". Территория большая, но много разрушенных зданий. Номер совсем маленький, чтобы разминуться нужно одному вставать между кроватей . Две столовые, еда столовская не ресторанная. Иногда приходилось ждать , чтоб освободился стол для приема пищи. Есть зона барбекю, что порадовало. Дают мороженое по одному в руки. Уборка в номере практически не проводится, меняют только полотенце для ног и выносят мусор. Чтоб поменять основное полотенце пришлось идти и просить у горничных уже на 7 день, хотя сказали, что поменяют через 5.Садовник старается делать красоту на территории, молодец.В высотных корпусах (как сказали отдыхающие) телевизор показывает только 2 абхазских канала. Сухой паек за ранний отъезд у них не предусмотрен. Из плюсов - это море рядом, городская набережная и то ,что отель в центре Сухума.

The territory is large, with many buildings of different storeys. The registration was at exactly 14:00 and the tourists who came earlier were waiting for check-in at the reception. You can put your personal car right next to the building, it costs 2000rubles. We got the 6th building "eucalyptus". Of the advantages: this is a tall 15-storey building, we had an 8th floor. Sea view. Standard room with a balcony. Shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning,clothes dryer. Double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. Fresh and pleasant renovation. There is an ironing board, iron and kettle on the floor. There is no cooler. But there is drinking water in the bar near the building. 6 the building is closest to the bar. Now it's minus 6 degrees. There is only 1 elevator for a maximum of 5 people in a huge building with 15 floors! The elevator is very small and there is only one. Sometimes you even stand in line to take the elevator. The second elevator is under repair, and it is completely unknown when it will be repaired. We are generally satisfied with the room service. But the floors have never been washed in 7 days.Toilet paper, soap, shower gel and shampoo were brought in abundance every day. The bar is open from 10:00 to 22:00. The all-inclusive system includes beer, chacha, and red wine. The beer is normal (only one kind). Not strong. He doesn't have a headache. Chacha is heavy. With a pungent odor. Plus, from 10:00 to 13:00 tea and pastries, from 15:00 to 18:00 cream ice cream, French fries and grilled chicken wings (very tasty!!)or sausages. Some vacationers simply snatched plates with wings from their hands, as if they had never eaten in their lives, but there was always enough for everyone. The bartender Kemal is very friendly, polite, and always pours beer with a smile. Thanks to him for such service! There are tables in the bar, there was an opportunity to sit with friends. Now the dining room. The first thing that struck me was the work schedule. It doesn't close at all from 08:00 to 20:00. It's just that breakfast turns into lunch, and then into dinner. The food is simple. But it's delicious at home. There is plenty of food, there is enough for everyone. There are many chicken dishes: boiled, fried, meatballs. There are always three first ones for lunch: two soups and broth. Lots of vegetables: bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes. Fruits: apples and oranges. Special attention: dairy products. Sour cream is a cannon bomb. Delicious, greasy. And cottage cheese for breakfast is always delicious! We liked the food. It is familiar to our body, everything was delicious!!! The staff of the canteen brought the finished dish on time, and monitored the cleanliness in the hall. Swimming pool. There are two swimming pools on site: a children's pool and an adult pool. Water+22. Moderately warm. There are sun beds around the perimeter. The "Soul Country" has no equipped beach. There is one. But there are just pebbles and a descent to the water. Almost immediately behind the fence of the hotel, the Besletka River flows into the Black Sea. Which carries its muddy waters from the city and the mountains. And accordingly, the water in the sea near the Land of the Soul is muddy and dirty. There is animation on the territory of the hotel complex, but we were not bored without animation either. One of the disadvantages. Dogs live both in Sukhum and on the territory of the hotel. Lots and lots of dogs. About 8-10 healthy dogs. In general, they are peaceful, but still, when there are a lot of them, it is unpleasant. There is Mishka Potapych. He's sitting in a concrete box, like in a punishment cell.Sukhum is a beautiful small city, and we enjoyed walking through its interesting streets. If anyone is by car, I strongly recommend going to Chernihiv and the thermal baths (40 minutes by car from Sukhum)
