The first time I visited this store, in principle, and the last time, the impressions were terrible. Even if we close our eyes to the fact that there is no consultant, a lot of people and very little space, the staff at the checkout clearly leaves much to be desired. A very unpleasant female cashier who is rude, rolls her eyes and responds inadequately to comments. She offered me to stand up and work in her place, which I could easily do, since I started from this position myself, dispersed queues many times more and much faster, and now I train such "workers" in service standards. They work without badges, no first name, no last name. It is clearly worth reviewing the approach to customers and raising standards. If you are already opening points, then service them accordingly.
