I visited a store with a friend. Two employees were present in the sales area: one was at the cash register, the other was with the customer. When the consultant was free, I went over and addressed her with the words: "Good afternoon, can I have someone, please?" The consultant and I went to the showcase, while my friend stayed in place and heard another employee repeat the phrase "someone" with antics.After fitting, it turned out that the shoes were small. This employee stated incorrectly, and I quote: "Well, you have such a shoe foot, you won't find anything in our store, we only have small sizes." I think that such comments are unacceptable from employees to clients. This is the second time I have visited this store and this is the second time I have encountered such an attitude. I have received similar negative reviews from my friends. The management of this store, I ask you to teach your staff decent communication manners.
